The service
Interviou is a paid tool that generates a personalized interview preparation document from a CV and a job posting. There is no account and no subscription: you pay $4.99 USD once per preparation, and the preparation is deleted automatically 24 hours after it is generated. The preparation is provided for informational purposes and does not guarantee any interview outcome.
Pricing and payment
The price per preparation is $4.99 USD, paid once per preparation through Stripe. No subscription is charged and no recurring billing applies. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
All sales are final and there are no refunds. If your preparation is not delivered or you have a problem with the service, write to us at hello@interviou.com and we will resolve it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Your content and acceptable use
You confirm that you have the right to provide the CV and job posting you submit, and that the CV describes you. You must not upload a CV that is not yours, use the service to fabricate experience, or use the generated content to misrepresent yourself in an application or interview.
You must not attempt to access another person's temporary preparation, interfere with the service, or use it in a way that is unlawful or abusive.
Temporary sessions are deleted automatically after 24 hours as described in the Privacy Policy.
AI-generated content
The preparation is generated by automated analysis and may contain inaccuracies. You should review and verify anything you use in a real interview, and you are responsible for what you say and how you present yourself. Never store a preparation as if it were an official company document.
Intellectual property
Interviou and its design, software and branding belong to the service owner. Your CV and the preparation generated from it remain yours for the limited purpose of this service; we do not claim ownership of your documents.
Service availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Temporary preparations expire after 24 hours, and we are not responsible for downloading or saving them in time.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and Interviou is not liable for decisions you make based on generated content, including interview outcomes or employment results.
